Frequently asked questions

Q.  ​How much is the fee?

A.  55$ per hour x 6 hours is our minimum starter package = 330$ Registration fee = 75$ one time only Monthly materials fee = 15$ Total $420  Renewal follows after we finish the first package of hours.

Q.  Can I make a group with my friends?

A.  Yes, you are welcome to join us with your friends.

Q.  ​What is the cancellation policy?

A.  Cancelling and rescheduling of tutoring sessions should be done 24 hours in advance.  Full lesson fee is charged for same day cancellation.

Q.  Who is teaching?

A.  At Aardvark Learning Academy, professional teachers who have graduated from universities in Canada and their home countries provide lessons. For more information, please visit our Instructor Page​​.

Q.  My child is in French immersion. Can you help?

A.  Yes, we are available to teach children participating in French immersion. Please ask us for more information.

ESL

Q.  Will you provide a visa to stay in Canada?

A.   No.  Aardvark Learning Academy is not a Designated Learning Institute and does not provide a Study Visa or Student Visa.  International students are only accepted on Visitors Visa, Work Visa, or Online.
